Tinjauan Mengenai Penentuan Proporsi Pasir dalam Agregat Gabungan pada Perancangan Campuran Beton Cara SNI

ABSTRAK

Penentuan proporsi pasir pada perancangan campuran beton cara SNI hanya digunakan untuk mencapai nilai slump yang direncanakan dan tidak mempengaruhi kuat tekan beton. Mengingat kuat tekan beton pada perancangan campuran beton cara SNI hanya dipengaruhi faktor air-semen saja. Jika kuat tekan beton pada perancangan campuran beton cara SNI dianalisis menggunakan cara Dreux Gorisse, maka kuat tekan yang direncanakan berpeluang tidak tercapai. Hal ini dapat terjadi karena berdasarkan rumus Drex Gorisse, kuat tekan beton tidak hanya ditentukan oleh factor semen-air, tetapi juga oleh volume pasir dan rasio volume pasir terhadap volume agregat gabungan. Hasil pengujian dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kuat tekan beton dicapai pada pasir dengan modulus kehalusan antara 2,5 dan 3,0.

ABSTRACT

Determination of sand proportion in concrete mix design by SNI methode only used to achieve the design slump and does not affect the compressive strength of concrete. Consider of the compressive strength of concrete at mix design by SNI methode only influenced by water-cement ratio. If the compressive strength of concrete at mix design by SNI methode analized by Dreux Gorisse methode, the compressive strength will not be achieved. This happen because on Dreux Gorrise methode, the compressive strength of concrete is not only determined by water-cement ratio, but also sand volume and ratio of sand volume to total aggregate volume. The test results in this research show that the compressive strength of concrete is achieved by sand with fineness modulus between 2,5 and 3,0.
