ABSTRAK

Indonesia termasuk wilayah dengan tingkat aktivitas seismik tinggi sehingga perencanaan bangunan gedung memerlukan sistem struktur yang mampu menahan beban gempa secara efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kinerja struktur gedung beton bertulang enam lantai dengan variasi tipe dinding geser, yaitu tanpa dinding geser, frame wall, bearing wall, dan core wall. Analisis struktur dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak ETABS dengan metode respons spektrum berdasarkan ketentuan SNI 1726:2019, SNI 1727:2020, dan SNI 2847:2019. Parameter yang ditinjau meliputi periode getar struktur, gaya geser dasar, simpangan antar lantai, serta rasio kapasitas kolom. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan dinding geser meningkatkan kekakuan struktur dan mengurangi simpangan lateral secara signifikan. Model dengan dinding geser tipe frame wall memberikan kinerja paling optimal dalam mengontrol respons gempa dan memenuhi persyaratan sistem ganda sesuai standar yang berlaku.

ABSTRACT

Indonesia is located in a region with high seismic activity, requiring building structure planning with structural systems capable of effectively resisting earthquake loads. This study aims to evaluate the structural performance of a six-story reinforced concrete building with variations of shear wall types, namely without shear walls, frame wall, bearing wall, and core wall. Structural analysis was conducted using ETABS software with the response spectrum method based on SNI 1726:2019, SNI 1727:2020, and SNI 2847:2019 provisions. The parameters examined include structural period, base shear force, inter-story drift, and column capacity ratio. The analysis results indicate that the presence of shear walls increases structural stiffness and significantly reduces lateral drift. The model with frame wall type shear walls provides the most optimal performance in controlling seismic response and meets the dual system requirements according to applicable standars.
