MODEL OPTIMASI UKURAN LOT PRODUKSI PADA SISTEM PRODUKSI YANG TIDAK SEMPURNA PADA INSPEKSI SENSUS DENGAN KRITERIA MINIMASI TOTAL ONGKOS

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai proses produksi pada sistem tidak sempurna akibat deteriorasi mesin dan kesalahan pemeriksaan oleh operator, sehingga dapat menghasilkan produk diluar spesifikasi. Seluruh produk diperiksa setelah melalui proses produksi. Produk baik akan langsung dikirim ke konsumen, sedangkan produk cacat akan melalui proses rework. Produk baik yang telah dikirim, memungkinkan merupakan produk cacat akibat kesalahan operator pada saat pemeriksaan. Produk cacat yang dinyatakan baik akan diganti oleh perusahaan dengan produk baru. Sedangkan untuk produk cacat, setelah proses rework akan dilakukan pemeriksaan secara sensus sebelum hasil proses rework dikirim ke konsumen. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengembangan model optimasi ukuran lot produksi pada sistem tidak sempurna dengan inspeksi sensus berdasarkan kriteria minimasi total ongkos.

ABSTRACT

This research discusses the production process on the system is not perfect due to deterioration of the machine and the error inspection by the operator, so as to produce a product out of specification. All products examined after going through the production process. Both products will be sent, while the defective product will be through the rework process. Good products that have been shipped to customers, allowing a defective product due to operator error at the time of inspection. Declared defective products will either be replaced by a company with a new product. As for defective products, after the rework process will be carried out inspections census before the results of the rework process is sent to the consumer. In this research, the development of an optimization model on the production lot size is not a perfect system with census inspection by the criteria of minimizing total costs.
