RANCANGAN SISTEM PENGENDALIAN BAHAN BAKU MENGGUNAKAN MODEL MULTI ITEM SINGLE SUPPLIER DI PT. AGRONESIA DIVISI INDUSTRI ES BANDUNG

PT. Agronesia Divisi Industri Es Saripetojo Bandung merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi es balok. Dalam menjalankan aktivitas produksi perusahaan melakukan pengelolaan persediaan, namun metode pengelolaan yang selama ini dilakukan dirasa masih belum efektif karena masih terjadi kelebihan dan kekurangan bahan baku yang berdampak pada biaya persediaan yang harus ditanggung perusahaan masih cukup besar.  Pengelolaan persediaan yang belum optimal juga menyebabkan perusahaan sering mengalami keuntungan yang hilang akibat lost sales. Dengan rancangan persediaan yang tepat pemesanan komponen dapat dilakukan secara optimal agar dapat meminimalisir biaya persediaan selama satu tahun. Penerapan model persediaan Multi Item Single Supplier dapat menentukan jumlah pemesanan optimal untuk setiap kali pemesanannya sehingga dapat meminimumkan total biaya persediaan.

ABSTRACT

PT. Agronesia Industrial Division Ice Saripetojo Bandung is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of ice cubes. In carrying out the activity of production companies to manage inventory, but the method of management that has been done it is still not effective because it is still going on advantages and disadvantages of raw materials which have an impact on inventory costs to be borne by the company is still quite large. Inventory management is not optimal also cause companies often suffer lost profits due to lost sales. With proper design of ordering parts inventory can be performed optimally in order to minimize the cost of supplies for one year. Application of Multi inventory model Item Single Supplier able to determine the optimal number of bookings for each time ordering so as to minimize the total cost of inventory.
