ALTERNATIF USULAN PERENCANAAN PROSES PRODUKSI PRODUK PIN PRINTER EPSON (STUDI KASUS DI LABORATORIUM SSML)

Laboratorium Small Scale Manufacturing Laboratory (SSML) merupakan tempat membuat produk pin printer epson dengan menggunakan mesin CNC bubut, bubut konvensional dan milling konvensional. Perusahaan menginginkan pada proses pemesinan dan urutan proses dapat diatur agar dapat menghemat proses pekerjaannya dan meminimasi biaya produksi, sehingga dengan menghemat proses pekerjaanya perusahaan dapat mengerjakan order produk yang lain. Oleh karena itu perusahaan perlu melakukan suatu analisis perencanaan proses produksi untuk meningkatkan efisien waktu pemesinan, urutan proses dan biaya produksi produk Pin Printer Epson berdasarkan parameter-parameter proses pemesinan. Sehingga akan didapat perencanaan proses produksi terbaik dari segi waktu dan biaya.

On every product has a machining process is done different, such as the Epson printer pin products. The company wants the machining process and the order process can be set in order to save their work processes and minimize the cost of production, so that the company can save the job working on an order other products. then the company needs to conduct an analysis of the planning process to improve the efficient production machining time, the order process and production costs Pin Epson products based on the parameters of the machining process. So that would be obtained planning the best production process in terms of time and cost.
