SISTEM INFORMASI PELAYANAN JASA TOUR DAN TRAVEL BERBASIS WEBSITE ELECTRONIC COMMERCE (STUDI KASUS NINETOURS INDONESIA)

Makalah ini membahas sistem informasi pelayanan jasa tour dan travel berbasis website electronic commerce. Tahap-tahap yang dilakukan dalam perancangan yaitu menganalisis sistem informasi tour dan travel saat ini, memberikan usulan perancangan sistem informasi tour dan travel dengan pengembangan SDLC (system development life cycle), memodelkan perancangan dengan data flow diagram (DFD) dan entity relationship diagram (ERD) dan mengimplementasikan perancangan sistem informasi berbasis website electronic commerce. Keluaran Sistem informasi menyediakan fasilitas yang dirancang secara terintegrasi untuk membantu perusahaan dalam perbaikan proses pemesanan, memperluas pemasaran dan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan.

ABSTRACT

This paper discusses the information system tour and travel services web-based electronic commerce. The stages are carried out in the design is to analyze the tour and travel information systems today, giving the proposed system design tour and travel information with the development of SDLC (system development life cycle), the design model with data flow diagram (DFD) and entity relationship diagram (ERD ) and implement a web-based information system design of electronic commerce. Output information system provides an integrated facility designed to help companies in the booking process improvement, expanding marketing and increase customer loyalty.
