USULAN STRATEGI MINIMASI STRES KERJA PADA PEKERJA BACK OFFICE BANK JABAR BANTEN BERDASARKAN GALVANIC SKIN RESPONSE, VISUAL ANALOG SCALE, DAN NIOSH GENERAL JOB STRESS QUESTIONNAIRE

Persaingan antar bank mengakibatkan aktivitas kerja yang tinggi. Aktivitas dapat dikurangi dengan penggunaan komputer. Penggunaan komputer terus menerus sepanjang hari dapat mengakibatkan kelelahan yang menimbulkan stres kerja. Pengukuran tingkat stres dilakukan menggunakan Galvanic Skin Response (GSR) sebagai alat ukur objektif untuk mengetahui tingkat stres secara faktual, dan Visual Analog Scale (VAS) sebagai alat ukur subjektif untuk mengetahui tingkat stres secara relatif. Analisis pemicu stress mengacu pada NIOSH General Job Stress Questionnaire. Hasil penelitian berupa faktor pemicu stres dan strategi untuk meminimasi potensi stres pada karyawan.

ABSTRACT

Competition among banks resulting in high work activity. Activity can be reduced with the use of computers. The use of computers throughout the day can lead to fatigue stressful job. Measurements performed using the stress level Galvanic Skin Response (GSR) as an objective measurement tool to determine the level of stress in a factual, and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) as a subjective measurement tool to determine the relative levels of stress. Analysis of stress triggers refer to NIOSH General Job Stress Questionnaire. The results of the study form factors stressors and strategies to minimize the potential stress on the employees.
