ALTERNATIF USULAN PROSES PRODUK SILICON PLATE UNTUK MEMINIMUMKAN WAKTU PEMESINAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN CONSTRUCTIVE SOLID GEOMETRY (CSG)

Makalah ini membahas alternatif usulan proses produk Silicon Plate untuk meminimumkan waktu pemesinan menggunakan Constructive Solid Geometry (CSG) dan parameter kecepatan pemotongan maksimal. Pada tahap pemilihan urutan proses terbaik, urutan proses awal dibuat menggunakan Constructive Solid Geometry (CSG) sehingga menghasilkan 3 alternatif proses bagian atas dan 6 proses bagian bawah. Dengan urutan alternatif proses yang terbaik berdasarkan Constructive Solid Geometry (CSG), maka dapat mempengaruhi waktu setup sehingga dapat meminimumkan waktu proses pemesinan produk Silicon Plate.

ABSTRACT

This paper discusses the proposed alternative processes Silicon Plate products to minimize machining time using Constructive Solid Geometry (CSG) and the maximum cutting speed parameters. At this stage of the selection of the best process sequence, the order of the initial process created using Constructive Solid Geometry (CSG) to produce three alternative processes top and bottom 6 process. By order of the best alternative based Constructive Solid Geometry (CSG), it can affect the setup time so as to minimize the time of machining processes Silicon Plate products.
