Analisis Kelayakan Usaha Mobile Carwash di Kota Bandung

Intensitas pembelian kendaraan bermotor dapat meningkatkan kebutuhan akan perawatan kendaraan bermotor. Saat ini dibutuhkan suatu tempat perawatan kendaraan bermotor, salah satunya tempat cuci mobil yang efektif dan efisien, dimana  efektif dalam segi pelayanan konsumen yaitu mengerjakan dengan teliti proses pencucian exterior maupun interior mobil, sedangkan efisien dalam segi biaya dan waktu tunggu layanan. Maka, untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan perawatan terhadap kendaraan bermotor  jenis mobil diterapkan konsep Mobile Carwash. Namun, terdapat beberapa masalah dalam mendirikan usaha Mobile Carwash yaitu membutuhkan investasi modal yang cukup besar dan memiliki resiko usaha. Dibutuhkan suatu tahap perencanaan agar usaha yang akan dibangun memiliki resiko yang minimum, diantaranya perlu diadakan suatu studi kelayakan yang meliputi aspek pasar, aspek teknik, aspek legal, aspek sumber daya manusia, aspek finansial, dan analisis sensitivitas terhadap beberapa parameter yang dapat mempengaruhi kelayakan saat bisnis berjalan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kelayakan usaha untuk setiap aspek,  seluruh aspek dinyatakan memenuhi kriteria kelayakan.

 

 

ABSTRACT

 

The intensity of motor vehicle purchases may increase the need for maintenance vehicles. Currently, it takes care of a motor vehicle that one of the car wash is an effective and efficient which is effective in terms of customer service that is doing a careful process of washing exterior and interior of the car, while efficient in terms of cost and service waiting time. So, in order to meet the care needs of the automotive kind such as car, applied the concept of Mobile Carwash. However, there are some problems in setting up the Mobile Carwash businesses that require large capital investment and business risk. It takes some planning stages to minimize business risk,  including the need to hold a feasibility study covering aspects of the market, technical, legal, human resources aspects, financial aspects, and sensitivity analysis on several parameters that can affect the feasibility of the business while runs. Based on the results of the feasibility analysis for every aspect, every aspect otherwise meet the eligibility criteria.
