USULAN SISTEM MANAJEMEN KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA DI INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI NASIONAL (STUDI KASUS : LABORATORIUM TEKNIK PRODUKSI JURUSAN TEKNIK MESIN)

Laboratorium Teknik Produksi Jurusan Teknik Mesin ITENAS belum menerapkan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Sehingga masih terdapat kecelakaan kerja saat praktikum, tidak terdapat pencatatan jenis, jumlah, dan tanggal kecelakaan kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah usulan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di Laboratorium Teknik Produksi Jurusan Teknik Mesin ITENAS dan meningkatkan K3 di Laboratorium Teknik Produksi ITENAS guna mencegah kecelakaan kerja pada saat pelaksanaan praktikum maupun tugas akhir yang dilakukan di laboratorium. Sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (SMK3) dilakukan dengan menetapkan kebijkaan K3 (visi, misi, tinjauan awal kondisi K3, dan analisis) dan perancanaan K3 (analisis risiko, tujuan dan sasaran).

ABSTRACT

Production Engineering Laboratory Department of Mechanical Engineering ITENAS has not applied safety management system and occupational health. So, there is still work accident when practical moment, there is no accurate or appropriate data about types, numbers and dates of the accidents. The aim of this research is for giving the idea for safety management system and occupational health at the laboratory of Production Engineering Department Of Mechanical Engineering ITENAS work and increase safety and health on Production Engineering Laboratory Department of Mechanical Engineering ITENAS to prevent work accident which is doing in the laboratory. Safety management system and occupational health was done by setting regulation safety and occupational health (vision, mission, analysis and observe first condition of safety and occupational health) and planning safety and occupational health (risk, analysis and objectives).
