USULAN PENENTUAN PRIORITAS SUPPLIER BAHAN BAKU PLATE STEEL DENGAN METODE PROMETHEE DI PT DIRGANTARA INDONESIA (PERSERO)

Pada makalah ini dibahas mengenai usulan penentuan prioritas supplier bahan baku plate steel dengan metode Promethee. Pada PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) ada 3 supplier yaitu X, Y, Z, dan penentuan supplier pada saat ini mengunakan 3 kriteria yaitu harga, kualitas, dan jangka waktu pengiriman. Penentuan urutan supplier bahan baku plate steel pada makalah ini mengunakan metode Promethee dilakuan menggunakan Software Visual Promethee dengan input kaidah maksimasi/ minimasi, bobot kriteria berdasarkan metode Entropy, tipe preferensi, dan parameter q, p, atau σ, hingga diperoleh output alternatif supplier berupa nilai Leaving Flow, Entering Flow, dan Netflow. Untuk urutan prioritas supplier yaitu dengan urutan pertama supplier X, kemudian supplier Z pada urutan kedua, dan urutan terakhir adalah supplier Y.

ABSTRACT

In this article will be discussed about proposing the determination of priority suppliers of the steel plate raw materials with promethee method. PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) have 3 suppliers, namely X, Y, Z, and to determine the current supplier using 3 criteria the price, quality and delivery period. In the determination of the order of raw material supplier steel plate in this article use the Promethee method that using the Software Visual Promethee with input such as rules maximization / minimization, weighting criteria based method of Entropy, the type of preference, and the parameters q, p, or σ, to obtain the output of alternative supplier of value Flow Leaving, Entering Flow, and Netflow. For the priority order with the supplier that the first order supplier of X, then Z supplier in the second, and the final sequence is a supplier Y.
