Prototype Synopsis Page pada Model Landing Gear System Pesawat Terbang dengan Kontrol PLCmikro PIC16F877A dan Aplikasi HMI Stampplot

Abstrak

Sistem monitoring roda pesawat untuk satu kondisi roda pesawat yang ada saat ini dibutuhkan beberapa komponen elektrik maupun mekanik agar pilot dapat mengerti informasi tentang keadaan roda. Untuk itu diperlukan adanya suatu sistem monitoring yang lebih sederhana namun dapat memberikan pilot sebuah informasi roda pesawat yang lebih baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang dan merealisasikan sebuah purwarupa dari synopsis page roda pesawat terbang yang dikontrol oleh PLCmikro. Sistem ini menampilkan status roda pesawat terbang dalam berbagai macam kondisi, saat pesawat di landasan, saat pesawat lepas landas, saat pesawat di udara, saat pesawat mendarat dan saat pesawat mengalami kegagalan fungsi. PLCmikro difungsikan sebagai alat kontrol sedangkan synopsis page difungsikan sebagai alat monitoring roda pesawat. Pengujian dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan PLCmikro dengan aplikasi Stampplot kemudian hasil pengujian dilihat pada tampilan synopsis page. Didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa sistem monitoring dapat bekerja dengan baik dengan respon rata-rata kurang dari 1 detik sesuai dengan kondisi roda pesawat yang beroperasi.

Abstract

A current plane landing gear monitoring system for one condition needs some electrical and mechanical components so that a pilot can get some information about the state of the wheel. That’s why we need more simpler monitoring system that can give the pilot more information. The purposes of this research were to design and create a prototype of synopsis page landing gear system that controlled by PLCmicro. This system would display of status of airplane wheels in various conditions, start from the airplane on the ground, takeoff, in the air, landing and when the system was malfunction. PLCmicro was used as a controller while the synopsis page was used as a monitor of landing gear. The test for this system was done by integrating PLCmicro with Stampplot then the results of the test could be displayed in the synopsis page. It could be concluded that the monitoring system could work well less than 1 second in accordance with the operating conditions of airplane wheels.
