Studi Hubung Singkat Simetris Penyulang UZB, UZM, UZU 20 kV di Gardu Induk Ujung Berung

Abstrak

Dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh hubung singkat pada jaringan distribusi sangat besar, berupa kerusakan,kerugian ekonomi, dan membahayakan keselamatan masyarakat yang menimbulkan busur api dan kebakaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung besar arus hubung singkat yang terjadi pada penyulang distribusi 20 kV. Hasil perhitungan hubung singkatsimetris dibandingkan dengan hasil simulasi Program ETAP untuk mendapatkan hasil perhitungan hubung singkat simetris yang akurat. Hasil perhitungan hubung singkat digunakanuntuk menala rele OCR untuk memproteksi penyulang 20 kV sehingga gangguan yang terjadi tidak merusak peralatan listrik. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan studi kasus penyulang UZB, UZM dan UZU di PT PLN Gardu Induk Ujung Berung, data arus hubung singkat yang didapat akan dibandingkan dengan hasil perhitungan. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh arus gangguan terbesar terjadi pada bus 20 kV sebesar 7215 A dan arus gangguan terkecil terjadi pada ujung sirkuit penyulang sebesar 315 A dan diperoleh waktu kerja rele 0,336 detikdi bus 20 kV dan diujung sirkuit penyulang 0,458 detik

Abstract

The impacts that created by short circuit disturbances on distribution networks are so massive, such as damage, economical loss, and damage to people safety, that can make are fire. This study purpose was to calculate how much the symmetrical short circuit current in 20 kV distribution feeder. The short circuit calculation would be compared to the result in ETAP 12.6, to obtain an accurate calculation. The calculation data would be used as setting of OCR relay feeder, that it did not so harm any equipment. The study was focused on feeder of UZB, UZM, and UZU in PT PLN Ujung Berung substation. The obtained data would be compared to the calculation data. Based on the research the biggest short circuit current on the 20 kV bus was 7215 A and the smallest are in the end of the feeder is 314 A are it was obtained the time setting relay in 20 kV bus was 0.336 second, and at the end of the feeder is 0.4558 second,
