Penerapan Konsep Desain Iklusif Dalam Perancangan Rumah Susun Laseta
Sari
ABSTRAK
Ubanisasi di Kota Bandung semakin meningkat menjadikan kebutuhan hunian turut meningkat, terutama di area kawasan padat penduduk. Rumah susun vertikal menjadi solusi, namun sering kali mengabaikan kebutuhan kelompok rentan, termasuk penyandang disabilitas.

ABSTRACT
Urbanization in the city of Bandung is increasing, leading to a rise in housing demand, especially in densely populated areas. Vertical apartment buildings become a solution, but often neglect the needs of vulnerable groups, including people with disabilities. Therefore, the application of inclusive design principles is necessary to ensure accessibility and comfort for all residents. In designing the Laseta apartment complex on Seokarno-Hatta Street in Bandung City, it was conceived with an inclusive design concept. The site location is cut by the public road Sumber Sari, which is 5 meters wide. This apartment complex is designed with two main building masses that can accommodate 2,500 people. This apartment complex consists of two towers, each with a height of nine and seven floors respectively, two podiums, and one semi-basement. Inside, there are pharmacy facilities, a childcare center, a minimarket, and commercial areas. The design method prioritizes the analysis of inclusive design regulations, including meeting the criteria for clear navigation paths, adequate ramps, and easily accessible elevators to enhance user comfort. By combining the podium with commercial areas and public facilities, it is hoped that the economy and the needs of the community will be taken into account. Through the design of the Laseta apartment complex, it is hoped to become an inclusive living space that accommodates the various needs of its residents, both general and special needs..
