Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) merupakan suatu pengukuran efektivitas pemakaian suatu mesin/peralatan dengan menghitung ketersediaan mesin, performansi dan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Perhitungan six big losses  dilakukan  untuk mengetahui kerugian yang menyebabkan rendahnya nilai OEE. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) merupakan suatu prosedur untuk mengidentifikasi kegagalan produk berdasarkan potential cause. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juli 2014-Juni 2015 diperoleh rata-rata persentase nilai availability ratio sebesar 84,777%, performance efficiency sebesar 49,740%, dan rate of quality product sebesar 78,368%

Abstract

 

Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is a measurement of the effectiveness of the use of a machine/equipment with counting machine availability, performance and quality of products produced. Calculation six big losses conducted to determine losses caused low OEE value. Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) is a procedure to identify potential cause product failures based. The study was conducted in July 2014 - June 2015 gained an average percentage score availability ratio of 84,777 %, performance efficiency of 49,740 %, and the rate of quality product at 78,368 %
