MODEL OPTIMISASI LOT PRODUKSI PADA SISTEM PRODUKSI YANG TERDETERIORASI DENGAN INSPEKSI SAMPLING DENGAN MEMPERTIMBANGKAN BIAYA KUALITAS UNTUK MEMINIMUMKAN TOTAL BIAYA

Makalah ini membahas mengenai pengembangan model dari metode Economic Order Quantity (EPQ) yang memiliki kekurangan karena mengasumsikan sistem produksi berjalan dengan sempurna dan produk yang dikirim pasti diterima dengan baik. Berdasarkan kekurangan dari metode EPQ kemudian penelitian ini melakukan pengembangkan model yang membahas sistem produksi yang tidak sempurna akibat kesalahan inspeksi sampling dan masalah deteriorasi mesin dengan ketentuan pada inspeksi sensus akan menghasilkan tiga kemungkinan yaitu produk baik, produk rework dan produk reject. Pada perhitungan dipertimbangkan komponen biaya kegagalan internal dengan kriteria minimasi ongkos.

ABSTRACT

This paper discuss about developing of a model from Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) method which has the shortage, because of assume the production system is running perfectly and products delivered definitely accepted. Based on the shortage of EPQ method, this research develops a model which discusses the imperfect production system due to the deterioration problems and the errors of sampling inspection with rules at census inspections will have three output that good product, rework produck and reject product . On the calculation consider the internal failure costs and external failure costs which are part of the quality component costs, with criteria minimizing total cost.
