USULAN RANCANGAN RUTE PENDISTRIBUSIAN PRODUK KARPET DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE (1-0) INSERTION INTRA ROUTE

Makalah ini membahas permasalahan yang terjadi di Toko Karpet Arjuna yang merupakan distributor dan melakukan pengiriman barang ke sejumlah outlet. Pada saat ini supir melakukan pendistribusiannya tanpa melakukan penentuan rute terlebih dahulu tetapi hanya berdasarkan intuisi. Akibatnya efisiensi pengiriman yang dinyatakan oleh jarak dan waktu tempuh tidak tercapai. Hal ini berakibat target pengiriman barang mingguan keseluruh outlet tidak dapat diselesaikan dalam satu minggu. Permasalahan penentuan rute ini merupakan Vehicle Routing Problem yang didekati dengan metoda Nearest Neighbour untuk memperoleh rute awal. Kemudian rute tersebut diperbaiki menggunakan dengan metode (1-0) Insertion Intra Route. Hasil penelitian memberikan usulan rute yang memiliki jarak dan waktu distribusi yang lebih baik dan memenuhi target toko tersebut.

ABSTRACT

This paper discusses the problems occurred in store Carpet Arjuna who is the distributor and do delivery to a number of outlets. At this point the driver doing pendistribusiannya without making the determination of the route in advance but only based on intuition. As a result the efficiency of delivery stated by distance and travel time is not reached. This resulted in weekly circulation target airfreight outlet cannot be completed in one week. The problem of the determination of this route is the Vehicle Routing Problems are approached with the Nearest Neighbour method to obtain the initial route. The route then repaired using method (1-0) Insertion of Intra Route. Research results provide a proposed route that has a distance and a better distribution of time and meet the target stores.
