PENGUKURAN PERFORMANSI BERDASARKAN MBCfPE PADA KATEGORI PERENCANAAN STRATEGIS SERTA KATEGORI HASIL KINERJA KEUANGAN DAN PASAR DI YAYASAN X

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu memberikan perbaikan berkaitan dengan performansi organisasi berdasarkan hasil penilaian melalui pendekatan MBCfPE (Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence) khususnya perencanaan strategis. Data penelitian diperoleh dari wawancara, survey dan pemeriksaan terhadap dokumen untuk pembuatan dokumen aplikasi. Setelah itu dilakukan review proses berdasarkan ADLI (Approach, Deployment, Learning, Integration) dan review hasil berdasarkan LeTCI (Level,Trend, Comparison, Integration). Skor untuk kategori proses perencanaan strategis 31,75 poin dari 85 poin dan skor hasil kinerja keuangan dan pasar 24 poin dari 80 poin. Maka didapatkan strength dan OFI Yayasan X. Skor keseluruhan Yayasan X 278 poin dari 1000 poin.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research is to propose improvements for organizational performance through an approach based on assessment results of MBCfPE (Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence) specifically on the strategic planning. Data for this research was collected from interviews, surveys and inspection of documents for creating application document.  After it process review performed by using ADLI (Approach, Deployment, Learning, Integration) analysis and results review was done based on LeTCI (Level, Trend, Comparison, Integration). Scores for the category of the strategic planning process is 31.75 points out 85 points and financial results and the market is 24 points out 80 points. Then obtained strength and OFI by the institution X. The overall score for is institution X is 278 points out 1000 points.
