USULAN KOMBINASI TERBAIK FAKTOR YANG BERPENGARUH PADA PEMBUATAN PREFORM UNTUK MENGURANGI JUMLAH CACAT DENGAN METODE TAGUCHI DI PT.X

Saat ini perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi semakin pesat, sehingga suatu perusahaan perlu memberikan perhatian penuh terhadap kebutuhan konsumen agar mencapai keberhasilan dalam setiap persaingan. Kebutuhan konsumen dapat dipenuhi jika perusahaan menghasilkan produk yang memiliki spesifikasi, kualitas, dan waktu yang tepat dengan permintaan konsumen. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengurangi jumlah cacat yang terjadi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode taguchi. Langkah dalam penelitian ini adalah menentukan Variabel bebas dan tak bebas, setelah itu menentukan level faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap cacat produk, setelah itu melakukan eksperimen, uji ANOVA, penentuan tingkat perlakuan, dan uji konfirmasi.

ABSTRACT

Nowdays. The improvement of knowledge and technology become rapidly. So that the company rapid to give the full attention to the needs of consuments to reach the successin every competition. The consuments need could be filled if the company could give the product which has the specific and the exact time with the consuments demand, this research was done to reduce the invalid product which might be happened. The methods which is used is called taguchi methods. The steps in this research are decide the freeand captive variable, next decide the factor level which is influences to the invalid product, do the exoeriment, ANOVA test, decide the treatment level and confirmation test.
