USULAN PERBAIKAN SISTEM KERJA MESIN BENDING DI PT. X MENGGUNAKAN METODE SYSTEMATIC HUMAN ERROR REDUCTION AND PREDICTION APPROACH (SHERPA)

Penelitian ini membahas resiko kecelakaan kerja yang mungkin terjadi yang diakibatkan oleh human error dan perbaikan sistem kerja menggunakan metode systematic human error reduction and prediction approach (SHERPA). Tahap-tahap yang dilakukan pada metode ini yaitu tahap penyusunan hierarchical task analysis (HTA) dan penyusunan tabel SHERPA. Pada tahap penyusunan HTA, data-data yang didapat adalah hasil wawancara dengan pihak perusahaan dan observasi langsung. Pada tahap penyusunan tabel SHERPA input yang dibutuhkan adalah level terendah dari HTA. Usulan perbaikan yang diberikan berupa form checklist dan display.

ABSTRACT

This study discusses the risk of accidents that may occur caused by human error and system repair work using a systematic method of human error reduction and prediction approach (SHERPA) . Stages conducted in this method is a phase of hierarchical task analysis (HTA) and preparation SHERPA table. At this stage of the preparation of HTA, the data obtained is the result of interviews with the company and direct observation. At this stage of the preparation of the necessary input SHERPA table is the lowest level of HTA. Proposed improvements provided in the form checklist form and display.
