USULAN MEMINIMASI WASTE PADA PROSES PRODUKSI DENGAN KONSEP LEAN MANUFACTURING DI CV.X

Perusahaan CV. X yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur mengalami beberapa pemborosan yang mempengaruhi lambatnya jalur produksi. Penggunaan konsep Lean Manufacturing dapat mengatasi permasalahan untuk meminimasi pemborosan. Penggunaan Value Stream Mapping sebagai alat pada konsep lean manufacturing ini dapat menghasilkan aliran informasi mengenai proses produksi dan material sebagai dasar untuk melakukan identifikasi waste. Waste yang terjadi pada proses produksi Stay A R-L Fender RR adalah transportation, motion, process, dan inventory. Analisis yang dilakukan didasarkan pada perbandingan waktu cycle time vs takt time, metode 5 Why dan 5W-1H. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dikembangkan usulan perbaikan yaitu antara lain, pengaturan tata letak mesin, penambahan operator, dan memperbaiki jalur transportasi. Usulan penelitian dapat mengurangi waktu siklus sebanyak 5,492 detik.

ABSTRACT

CV. X which is engaged in manufacturing, have some waste that affects the slow production lines. Used the concept of Lean Manufacturing can overcome the problems to minimize waste. Use Value Stream Mapping to the concept of lean manufacturing can produce a stream of information about the production process and material as a basic for identifyion waste. Waste that occurs in the process Stay A R-L Fender RR is transportation, motion, process, and inventory. Analysis is performed based on a comparison of cycle time vs takt time, method 5Why and 5W-1H. Based on the results of the analysis developed the proposed improvements among other things, the layout engine, the addition of carriers and improve transport links.
