EVALUASI PERFORMANSI KOGNITIF KRU DARAT PT KERETA API INDONESIA DAOP II BANDUNG DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN COGNITIVE FAILURE QUESTIONNAIRE DAN DIRECTRT

PT Kereta Api Indonesia memiliki tujuan dalam memuaskan konsumen. Performansi yang baik diperlukan dalam menjaga kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi performansi kognitif dari kru darat PT KAI dan mengetahui pengaruh umur, kelelahan, sistem shift dan jabatan pekerjaan terhadap performansi. Evaluasi akan dilakukan dengan mengukur secara subjektif dan objektif. Pengukuran subjektif dengan menggunakan Cognitive Failure Questionnaire untuk mengukur tingkat kegagalan kognitif dan pengukuran objektif dengan DirectRT untuk mengukur waktu kecepatan reaksi.  Hasil menunjukan bahwa umur tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kegagalan kognitif, kecepatan reaksi sebelum dan sesudah dinas tidak berbeda, dan tidak terdapat perbedaan nilai kecepatan reaksi pada tiga shift yang berbeda, jabatan pekerjaan tidak mempengaruhi tingkat kegagalan kognitif.

ABSTRACT

PT Kereta Api Indonesia have a purpose in satisfying consumers. Good performance is needed in maintaining the quality of service. This study aimed to evaluate the cognitive performance of the ground crew of PT KAI and determine the influence of age, fatigue, shift system and job title of the performance. Evaluation will be done by measuring the subjective and objective. Subjective measurements using the Cognitive Failure Questionnaire to measure the degree of cognitive failure and objective measurements with DirectRT to measure the speed of reaction time. The results showed that age does not significantly influence the level of cognitive failure, the reaction rate before and after services are no different, and there is no difference value of the reaction rate on three different shifts, job title does not affect the level of cognitive failure.           Keywords: Performance, cognitive, reaction time, CFQ, DirectRT
