USULAN PERBAIKAN KUALITAS PRODUK SEPATU MENGGUNAKAN METODE SIX SIGMA DI CV CANERA MULYA LESTARI CIBADUYUT

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi jumlah cacat yang terjadi di perusahaan sepatu CV. Canera Mulya Lestari. Metode Six Sigma dipakai untuk mencari solusi dan memperbaiki kualitas proses produk agar  jumlah  produk yang cacat  dapat dikurangi. Berdasarkan perhitungan terhadap data produk cacat, diketahui bahwa  cacat lem terlihat pada bagian sepatu dan penyemprotan tidak rapih  merupakan jenis cacat dengan  jumlah tertinggi. Process Decision Program Chart (PDPC) digunakan sebagai alat analisa untuk melakukan identifikasi penyebab cacat dan usulan perbaikan. Berdasarkan analisa, ada 9 tindakan perbaikan yang diusulkan, namun hanya 3 usulan yang dapat diterapkan perusahaan. Setelah dilakukan implementasi, diperoleh kenaikan nilai sigma menjadi 3,474 σ, dari sebelum implementasi sebesar 3,227 σ.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to reduce the number of defects that occur in the shoe company CV. Canera Mulya Lestari. Six Sigma method is used to find solutions and improve the quality of the product so that the number of defective products can be reduced. Based on the calculation of the defective product data, it is known that the glue visible defects on the part of the shoe and spraying is not neat is a type of defect with the highest number. Process Decision Program Chart (PDPC) is used as an analytical tool for identifying the causes of disability and the proposed improvements. Based on the analysis, there are 9 of the proposed corrective actions, but only three proposals that can be applied to the company. The value of sigma before implementation is 3.227 σ and after implementation is 3.474 σ.
