MODEL SIMULASI UNTUK ANALISIS KAPASITAS BANDAR UDARA HUSEIN SASTRANEGARA

Suatu bandara pasti memiliki kapasitas maksimal untuk dapat melayanisejumlah penerbangan. Apabila kapasitas bandara besar maka penggunaan fasilitas bandara menjadi tidak maksimal karena akan banyak fasilitas yang menganggur, jika kapasitas bandara kecil maka akan menimbulkan beberapa masalah karena pelayan menjadi tidak maksimal.Permasalahan yang terjadi dalam sistem Bandar Udara Husein Sastranegara Bandung berkaitan dengan jadwal penerbangan yang akan terus bertambah sehingga pihak bandara harus mengetahui kapasitas maksimal agar dapat melayani dengan baik. Adanya unsur probabilistik dalam sistem seperti waktu aktivitas-aktivitas, keterlambatan dari jadwal, arah angin, serta logika yang kompleks dalam penggunaan fasilitas yaitu penggunaanrunway, taxiway, danapron mengindikasikan diperlukannya alat analisis kapasitas dalam bentuk suatu model simulasi. Makalah ini menyajikan model simulasi yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan analisis kapasitas Bandar udara Husein Sastranegara. Hasil dari penggunaan model tersebut adalah berupa estimasi kapasitas maksimum saat ini dan efek dari rencana penambahan apron.

ABSTRACT

 

An airport has a maximum capacity to serve a number of flights. If the capacity is too large then the use the airport’s facilities is not optimal due to the idle of the facilities; if the capacity is too small then it will pose some problems for the service is not optimal. Issue raised in the Airport of Husein Sastranegara Bandung is the growth of the number of flights schedule that indicates the need to evaluate the maximum capacity of the airport in order to serve well. The probabilistic elements in the system such as activities times, delays from schedule, as well as the wind direction and complex logics of the use of runway, taxiways, and aprons indicate the need for capacity analysis tool in the form of a simulation model. This paper presents a simulation model which can be used to perform the capacity analysis of the Husein Sastranegara Airport. The use of the model gives output estimates of the current maximum capacity and the effect of the plan to increase the number of aprons.
