USULAN PENANGANAN IDENTIFIKASI BAHAYA MENGGUNAKAN TEKNIK HAZARD IDENTIFICATION RISK ASSESMENT AND DETERMINING CONTROL (HIRADC) (STUDI KASUS: PT. KOMATSU UNDERCARRIAGE INDONESIA)

Penelitian ini membahas usulan penanganan identifikasi bahaya menggunakan teknik Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC) studi kasus di PT. Komatsu Undercarriage Indonesia. Keadaan pada lingkungan kerja yang menggunakan energi merupakan salah satu penyebab terjadinya potensi bahaya kecelakaan kerja di lingkungan kerja. Tahap-tahap yang dilakukan yaitu menganalisis identifikasi potensi bahaya pada lantai produksi saat ini dan memberikan usulan penanganan identifikasi potensi bahaya menggunakan teknik HIRADC. Hasil dari penanganan identifikasi potensi bahaya inidapat membantu PT. Komatsu Undercarriage Indonesia dalam penetapan pengendalian dan mengurangi dampak risiko yang mungkin terjadi pada lantai produksi.

ABSTRACT

This study discusses the proposed handling hazard identification using hazard identification risk assessment techniques and Determining control (HIRADC) case study at PT. Komatsu Undercarriage Indonesia. circumstances in the work environment that uses energy is one of the causes of the potential hazards of occupational accidents in the workplace. The stages are carried out to analyze the identification of potential hazards on the production floor at this time. Provide identification of the potential hazards of handling proposals using the techniques of HIRADC. The results of the identification of the potential hazards of handling inidapat help PT. Komatsu Undercarriage Indonesia in the determination of control and mitigate the risks that may occur on the production floor.
