ANALISIS KELAYAKAN USAHA PEMBUATAN SPARE PART DUDUKAN MESIN DAN TRANSMISI MOBIL DI BEKASI

Perkembangan industri otomotif di dalam negeri yang masih belum sepenuhnya dapat ditopang oleh industri komponen dapat dijadikan satu peluang usaha untuk mendirikan usaha pembuatan spare part mobil yang baru di Bekasi. Hal ini disebabkan oleh adanya keterbatasan modal yang dimiliki oleh para pengusaha. Untuk mengetahui layak atau tidaknya usaha ini maka perlu dilakukan analisis kelayakan usaha. Aspek-aspek yang akan dikaji diantaranya aspek pasar, aspek teknis, aspek sumber daya manusia, aspek legal dan lingkungan, dan aspek finansial. Target penjualan yang ingin dicapai adalah sebesar 7.000 pieces setiap tahunnya dan tidak mengalami kenaikan selama umur analisis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis finansial diperoleh Payback Period selama 3 tahun 2 bulan, Net Present Value sebesar Rp. 323.268.222, dan Internal Rate of Return sebesar 46,2%.

ABSTRACT

The development of the automotive industry in the country that still has not been fully supported by the industry's components can be made into a business opportunity for making business set up a spare parts car new in Bekasi. This is due to the limitations of capital owned by the entrepreneur. To find out the worth or whether of this business then it is necessary to be done feasibility analysis. Aspects to be reviewed including market aspects, technical aspects, aspects of the human resources, legal and environmental aspects, and the financial aspects. The Target is to achieve sales of 7,000 pieces every year and no increase for age analysis. Based on the results of the financial analysis acquired Payback Period for 3 years 2 months old, the Net Present Value of Rp. 323.268.222, and the Internal Rate of Return of 46,2%.
