PENGARUH PEMBEBANAN PEMBANGKIT LISTRIK TENAGA GAS TERHADAP EFISIENSI BIAYA PEMBANGKITAN LISTRK (Studi Kasus di PT. Indonesia Power UBP Bali Unit Pesanggaran)

Salah satu variabel yang menjadi penentu biaya produksi adalah biaya bahan bakar. Biaya bahan bakar akan mempengaruhi jenis konversi energi yang akan di kendalikan menjadi daya listrik dari masing-masing unit PLTG. Jumlah bahan bakar yang digunakan dipengaruhi oleh SFC (Specific Fuel Consumption). Bahan bakar yang semula menggunakan MFO (Marine Fuel Oil) diganti menggunakan solar. Untuk melakukan efisiensi terhadap masing-masing unit PLTG dibutuhkan pengendalian pengoperasian dan pembebanan unit PLTG yang optimal, jumlah unit yang dioperasikan, besar pembebanan masing-masing unit serta nilai SFC untuk masing-masing pembangkit, sehingga diperlukan persentase pembebanan kapasitas pembangkit yang optimum agar mendapatkan total biaya pembangkitan yang minimum dan penghematan biaya bahan bakar.

ABSTRACT

One variable that determines the cost of production is the fuel of cost. The fuel of cost will affect the type of energy conversion that will be in control of electrical power from each power plant unit. The amount of fuel used is affected by the SFC (Specific Fuel Consumption). Original fuel use MFO (Marine Fuel Oil) is replaced with solar. To improve efficiency of each power plant unit takes control of the operation and optimum load power plant units, the number of units operated, large loading of each unit as well as the value of SFC for each plant, so that the required percentage of the optimum load generation capacity in order to obtain the minimum total generation cost and fuel of cost savings.
