Pengukuran Performansi Berdasarkan MBCFPE Pada Kategori Proses Kepemimpinan dan Kategori Hasil Item Kepemimpinan Di Perguruan Tinggi X

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan pengukuran kinerja pada kategori Kepemimpinan dari 6 kategori lainnya pada Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellent (MBCfPE) di Perguruan Tinggi X. Tahapan pengukuran yang dilakukan adalah menilai hasil dokumen aplikasi, membuat review proses dengan ADLI dan membuat review hasil dengan LeTCI guna memperoleh strength dan OFI sebagai saran perbaikan. Skor untuk kategori proses diperoleh sebesar 48 poin dari 120 poin, skor untuk kategori hasil diperoleh sebesar 20 poni dari 80 poin dan skor dari seluruh kategori adalah sebesar 356 poin dari 1000 poin, sehingga kinerja perguruan tinggi X berada pada level “early resultsâ€.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to conduct performance measurements on Leadership category of the other 6 categories on the Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence (MBCfPE) at College X. Measurement is conducted through evaluation of the application documents,evaluating the review process with ADLI and review results with LeTCI develop strength and OFI suggestions for. Then the score for both reviews resulted score for process category amounted to 48 out of 120 points , score for result category amounted 20 out of 80 points and score for all categories amounted to 356 out of 1000 points, so that the performance of College x is at the level of early results
