RANCANGAN ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING (ERP) DI PT. JAVANALA KARYA MANDIRI DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN OPENBRAVO

Proses bisnis di PT Javanala Karya Mandiri belum terintegrasi satu sama lain sehingga perpindahan informasi yang diperlukan membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Permasalahan perpindahan informasi terjadi pada sektor penjualan, pembelian, dan penyimpanan. Untuk mengintegrasikan tiap-tiap divisi di perusahaan diperlukan suatu sistem yang terkomputerisasi. ERP merupakan suatu sistem yang dapat mengintegrasikan tiap-tiap divisi di perusahan secara terkomputerisasi. Sistem ERP membutuhkan perangkat software dan hardware dalam implementasinya. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini dirancang suatu sistem ERP menggunakan Openbravo pada proses penjualan, pembelian, dan inventory. Dalam perancangan sistem ERP dilakukan proses-proses yang mengakibatkan perubahan pada sistem di perusahaan. Penerapan yang dilakukan Openbravo memungkinkan perpindahan informasi khususnya mengenai keuangan dan data warehouse menjadi lebih cepat.

ABSTRACT

Business process in PT Javanala Karya Mandiri is not integrated with each other so that the transfer of the necessary information takes a long time. Information transfer problems primarily occur at the sector's sales, purchases, and storage. To integrate every Division in the company needed a computerized system. An ERP is a system that can integrate each Division of the company computerized. ERP system requires software and hardware device in its implementation. Therefore, in this study designed an ERP  system using Openbravo on the process of sales, purchases, and inventory. In the design of ERP systems is carried out the processes that lead to changes in the system in the company. Implementation of Openbravo allows the transfer of information, especially regarding financial and warehouse faster. If transfer information is faster.
