Strategi Peningkatan Produktivitas di Lantai Produksi Menggunakan Metode Objective Matrix

PT. Agronesia BMC merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pengolahan susu, yang menginginkan terjadi peningkatan produktivitas. Tidak adanya pengukuran sistematis untuk meningkatkan produktivitas di lantai produksi membuat target produksi perusahaan tahun 2012 tidak tercapai untuk kategori produk milk cup. Pengukuran produktivitas dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode objective matrix (OMAX). Kriteria produktivitas diukur dari tingkat efisiensi dan efektivitas penggunaan tenaga kerja, mesin, dan energi dengan membandingkan 6 rasio produktivitas. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan OMAX, nilai rasio terendah adalah rasio 5 yaitu total produk yang dihasilkan terhadap pemakaian energi listrik. Analisis pada rasio 5 dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode fault tree analysis (FTA) untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi strategi peningkatan produktivitas.

ABSTRACT

PT. Agronesia BMC is a company engaged in the field of milk processing, and they want to increase the productivity. The absence of systematic measurement, to improve productivity on the production floor, to make the target company's production in 2012 was not achieved, for the category cup milk products. Productivity measurement could be done by using The Objective Method Matrix (OMAX). Productivity criteria measured from the level of efficiency and effectiveness of the use of labor, machines, and energy by comparing 6 ratio productivity. Based on OMAC calculations, the lowest ratio is the 5^th ratio, which is the total products produced with the use of electrical energy. Analysis of the 5^th ratio were calculated by using The Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) to get a recommendation strategy of productivity improvement.
