RANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI TERINTEGRASI DI PT. MTE BERBASIS SISTEM ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING MENGGUNAKAN SOFTWARE ODOO

Makalah ini berisi rancangan sistem informasi terintegrasi di PT. MTE berbasis sistem enterprise resource planning menggunakan software odoo. Rancangan implementasi diperlukan karena PT. MTE tidak mempunyai sistem informasi yang terintegrasi sehingga sering terjadi ketidaktepatan informasi produksi. Implementasi dilakukan pada proses penjualan, proses pembelian, dan proses produksi. Modul pada Software Odoo yang digunakan adalah sales management, purchase management, manufacturing, warehouse, dan Accounting. Proses perancangan sistem terdapat banyak perubahan dalam rancangan sistem penjualan, dimana semua job yang dilakukan oleh bagian operasional dalam bisnis proses perusahaan dapat dilakukan oleh bagian sales pada software Odoo. Implementasi ERP menggunakan software Odoo menjadikan perpindahan informasi antara proses penjualan, pembelian, dan produksi lebih cepat dan Real Time, serta terintegrasinya setiap divisi pada perusahaan.

ABSTRACT

This paper provides the design of an integrated information system in PT. MTE based enterprise resource planning system using software odoo. The design of this implementation is necessary because PT. MTE does not have an integrated information system so frequent inaccuracy of information production. Implementation is done on the sales process , purchasing process , and the production process. Software modules on Odoo used are sales management , purchase management , manufacturing , warehouse , and Accounting. The design process system there are many changes in the design sales system, where all job done by the piece operational in business the process company can is conducted by the sales on the software odoo  ERP implementation using software Odoo make the transfer of information between the sales process , purchasing, and production faster and Real Time, and integration every division on the company.
