Perancangan Prototipe Penguat dan Transduser untuk Komunikasi Bawah Air

ABSTARK

Suara (gelombang akustik) dapat merambat dalam jarak yang jauh pada komunikasi di bawah air. Suara yang dihasilkan dari sebuah transduser dengan mengubah sinyal listrik menjadi suara (geombang akustik), kemudian dipancarkan oleh transmitter. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan dan realisasi dari sebuah prototipe transmitter, yang tersusun dari penguat dan transduser. Berdasarkan perancangan yang telah dibuat, prototipe transmitter mampu membangkitkan sinyal suara (gelombang akustik) dalam range frekuensi 100 Hz - 60 kHz di dalam air dengan menggunakan transduser berupa underwater loudspeaker. Prototipe transmitter tanpa pelindung anti air, dengan pelindung anti air, dan di dalam air dapat menghasilkan sinyal suara (gelombang akustik) dengan sensitivitas 104 mV_p-p dari sumber sinyal audio generator, dan 72 mV_p-p dari sumber sinyal berupa rekaman suara.

ABSTRACT

Sound (acoustic wave) can propagate long distances in the underwater communication. The sound is produced by a transducer to convert electrical signals into sound (acoustic wave), then emitted by the transmitter. In this research, design and realization of a prototype transmitter, which was composed of the amplifier and transducer. Based on the design that has been created, a prototype transmitter signal able to generate sound (acoustic wave) in the frequency range of 100 Hz - 60 kHz in the water by using a transducer in the form of underwater loudspeaker. The prototype transmitter using without protective waterproof, with protective waterproof, and in the water could result in signal noise (acoustic wave) with the sensitivity of 104 mV_p-p of the source audio signal generator, and 72 mV_p-p of the signal source in the form of sound recordings.
