MODEL OPTIMISASI PENENTUAN LOT PRODUKSI PADA SISTEM PRODUKSI YANG TERDETERIORASI DENGAN PEMERIKSAAN SAMPLING GANDA UNTUK MEMINIMUMKAN TOTAL BIAYA

Penelitian ini membahas pengembangan model Economic Production Quantity (EPQ). EPQ mengasumsikan bahwa sistem produksi berjalan selalu sempurna sehingga seluruh pesanan dapat menjadi persediaan. Sistem produksi pada kenyataannya tidak dapat selalu berjalan sempurna, hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya deteriorasi dan kesalahan pemeriksaan. Pada penelitian ini, produk akan mengalami inspeksi sampling ganda dengan 3 (tiga) kemungkinan keputusan, yaitu diterima, diambil sampel kedua, dan inspeksi dengan ukuran ATI. Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan model dengan menggunakan tools pemrograman dinamis probabilistik untuk menghasilkan model optimisasi penentuan lot produksi akibat deteriorasi dan mempertimbangkan kesalahan inspeksi sampling dengan kriteria minimisasi total ongkos yang terdiri dari ongkos setup, ongkos produksi, biaya kegagalan internal dan ongkos penalti.

ABSTRACT

This study discusses developing model of Economic Production Quantity (EPQ). EPQ assumes that the system of production runs are always perfectly so that all orders can be a stock item. Production system in fact can not always run perfectly, this is caused by several factors, such as its deterioration and error proofing. In this study, the product will undergo a double sampling inspection, with three possibilities of decision, accepted, taken second samples, and conducted inspections with ATI. This study is a model development using dynamic programming tools to produce probabilistic optimization model production due to deterioration determination lot and consider the inspection sampling error criteria comprising minimizing the total cost of setup costs, production costs, internal failure costs and penalty charges.
